Fear is a natural human reaction. And contrary to public opinion, fear can be useful because it alerts poeple to potential dangers and gives you an adrenaline that can help them have a role in record time. But like many things, fear, when taken to extremes, can be disastrous. These feelings can lead to panic attacks and chronic worrying that slowly the way a person can go to other people and situations of normal life.
