Type of Leadership – Man Management
Leadership can take many forms, but generally it is refer to man management, one of the most difficult of all tasks. This means to achieve coordination and motivation of the actions of others towards a common goal. A leader must set this goal and together provide the consent of the other, regulated, and to achieve this goal.
The leadership is exercised by a leader usually determined by the personality and motivational values of that person. They are what they are, as a personality, and has a strong influence on how they work and communicate with others.
The study of personality traits has been going on for centuries, and, there are many similarities in the findings and results of the personality traits. In this article I will refer to different personality types as color, notes the categories of Linda Berens and Don Lowry applied.
Each personality is by special talents and skills that lend themselves to good leadership. Each form of leadership, but is significantly enhanced and improved if it is in a position, strengths and characteristics of other styles.
A leader who has a strong personality type gold is involved personally and is dedicated to the goal. They are working hard and expect their team to do the same. Lead you to believe one reason that work is important and should be allowed. But leaders have proven the value tradition as a means, and should not be so good, new ideas will be accepted if they can justify potential have.
The leaders of a strong personality Blue are motivated by their commitment to the victims, and a strong sense of community. They have a democratic leadership style that values the contribution of employees and workers of the team. Blue leaders tend to see the big picture, and have the ability to inspire others with vision.
The management style Green also sees the big picture and the complexity of detail. The Green Party excel in this strategy. They bring intellect, ingenuity and design in the lead. They research and analyze facts and concepts, constantly working to improve opportunities for intelligent rather than harder. Facts and information is important for the leader of the Green Party, and they pay little attention to the value of emotions and relationships.
On the Action is to develop the Orange Leader. Administration and organization exist to a possible action. They are big business. The Orange leaders to lead by example, to follow the standard. Orange management style can be very authoritarian and brutal as they are impatient with opposition, and hope that their directions. Above all, managers believe Orange welcome change that the old ways can always be improved. A new project is, of adventure, challenge and joy that potential personality develops in Orange.
Every driver has a combination of these four personalities, but we will always have the strongest, most natural way to style can be a leader working to combine a mixture of their most important asset, with its strong second style. A wise leader to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their leadership style and use of these team members with different styles to bring balance and greater effectiveness in achieving the common objective.
