Tips To Handle Depression

I am a person who suffered from long periods of depression, but after reaching my whole outlook to change, I now have a mobile happier, successful and stress-free life. I’ll explain how I went about achieving this new life. As I grew older and especially when I was in my twenties, I always spent my life to compare with other people I knew, for example, my friends. It seemed to me that my life was so much more a struggle than your and that most of these people had so much more to them and to develop much more to look forward to it than me.

I was not happy with the hand of cards that I had been treated and would regularly down and felt sorry for myself. I had a few things in my life who have a significant impact on my self-confidence and self-esteem, which would also lead me into a depression was. These issues, including a weight problem, a tribe, a bald spot on my head and I’m very short in height compared to the average man.

I was in a normal state of depression and found it very difficult to pull me out. Stress of socialization, for example if you have a tribe and try to increase employment would take a lot out of me to get. My hair started to gray when I was only twenty years old.

I was not content to always be depressed and at the age of twenty, I decided to try to change my whole life. I had a whole new approach and a completely different thought process in a nutshell, I needed to relax, to think of a much more positive way and learn to de-stress.

It was not easy, but it was important to do. I started many self-help type books and read books about the eradication of depression. I learned many things to worry about a situation makes it even harder, not easier, and that life all you can do is try your best, therefore, whatever the outcome you can feel proud that you gave your best shot . It is also important to remember that we only live once, and that life could come to a morning, so we must treat every day if this axis is the burden on us and enjoy.

The main change I made was that I began to think and compare my life to people I had read about in newspapers or watch television instead of comparing my life to my friends for example. To learn about the countries in the world and read about some disasters and terrorist attacks, I realized what an idiot I was and that I was actually one of the lucky ones. If and when I start to feel down or depressed, I quickly turn on the news and quickly shaking me from that temporary depressive state.
