The Dietitian’s Diet

The Dietitian’s Diet. Obesity is a 21st century epidemic. The Dietitian’s Diet doesn’t eliminate foods, but focuses on lifestyle improvement, going beyond carbohydrate theory, proving there are no good/bad carbohydrates. New habits provides lasting results. It’s an intelligent way to eat to lose.

Review:

I would like to say after reading “The Dietitian’s Diet” that I would like to give Mr. Phillips a pat on the back. This book is truly a breath of fresh air for someone who has tried every other kind of weight loss program. This guy really knows his stuff! I am glad that Mr. Phillips has the guts to tell the truth about weight loss. I am happy to say that I am following his lifestyle approach and I am seeing a huge difference in my overall health and well-being.

I would like to also say that the “livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Man” who wrote the long book review did not even read The Dietitian’s Diet” because I can see that all of his quotes from Mr. Phillips were taken directly from a pres release about the glycenic index. Had the low-carb man actually read The Dietitian’s Diet he would understand that the human body does run on an energy balance.

The Dietitian’s Diet not only provides the reader with a way to cut calories without going hungry, he also provides a success formula that really holds your feet to the fire. I think the best part of this book is that it was written so that an average person who is trying to lose weight can understand. I am very greatful that I happened upon this little book. I know that my prayers have been answered. Thank you dietitian!
