Level of Stress – Stress Management

Many people are affected by different levels of stress. This stress can be caused by worries about money, work, relationships, health, family, vacation, relocation or many other daily things. For some people living with a tribe problem can stress have a completely different meaning. As to worry about all the above questions, they have many other things to stress about things flowing and people who just love to see as a very simple tasks / events.

One example is a young man eighteen years, I’ll call him Peter. Peter has had a problem with his speech as long as he can remember, and what is known as a strain or the strain. Despite participating in regular speech therapy classes, Peter continues to be affected by this kind of talk and start to be very worried for the future.

The first area of concern for Peter is his career. He fears that many employers may be reluctant to someone who has a speech impediment, and even if he is able to find a job that he was worried how he will at work when he was not capable of fluent speech in use. Routine tasks such as answering the phone, a conversation with a colleague at a meeting with his team are things that make Peter a lot of stress. This stress affects Peter before he has worked, what he will, although he also has one.

Peter also emphasizes on love and marriage. He has a girlfriend, he is down to his general lack of confidence and the ability to decorate them. He would however love to a woman he had his own girlfriend, but ensure that no girl / woman would have someone to date have a strain requirements. Even if he is to meet a girl, he will take care of all social aspects that go with having a boyfriend who meets her parents and friends. Peter has never been one for socializing, and prefers to spend time relaxing on your own. When he was on his own, Peter has never had a problem with speech and can say that word without fear of stuttering.

Marriage is something that Peter is almost certain that he will not meddle with. The idea to stand in front of a crowd of people, to give a speech, fills him with horror. Peter can not imagine ever have the courage or confidence to do it.

For people suffering from stress on something, think of people who come because they probably have a whole lot worse than you.
